Shipping Information

Almost all of our orders ship for free when the cart total is over $99

We currently ship only to addresses within Canada and the continental US (scroll down for international shipping). Some items, including bicycles, oversized car racks and other restricted items, may not be available for ship to home or may incur additional shipping fees. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. 

In-store pickup is always free. Learn more about our Click & Collect program. 

For the security of you and our customers we may require additional ID in the case of orders to ship with mismatched billing & shipping addresses or expensive items. 

Drivers license & matching credit card is required upon pickup of your in store purchase. Alternative forms of ID may be accepted with prior approval.

Select items or categories may be subject to additional freight charges such as;

Ridley's has the right to adjust shipping charges on a case by case basis, any additional shipping charge will be communicated with the customer prior to billing

E-Bike Batteries & Chargers

Ordering the incorrect battery for your bike or charger could result in a non functional eBike and further damage. If we receive an order for a battery or charger we will reach out to you and ask for the serial number of the bike to ensure it's a compatable product and the bike isn't registered as stolen or missing. A copy of the purchase receipt will also do if it wasn't purchased from Ridley's Cycle.

Taxes

All orders within Canada are subject to GST (Goods & Services Tax), the appropriate HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) for their region. 

B.C. PST

Unfortunately our website isn't able to setup proper tax rules for PST exempt items shipping to B.C. Because of this our website will default to charging PST but we will correct it on our back end of the site and the final amount collected on your payment type will not include PST for exempt items. These include bicycles, e-Bikes, bicycle parts, and anything that is installed upon your bike while a bike is purchased. I.E. you install a frame bag and bell with your bike purchase and we install them, these items would be PST exempt.

Errors & Typos

In order to provide our customers with accurate information, Ridley's Cycle works strives to keep our website free of errors. However, Ridley's Cycle is not responsible for any typographical errors. In the case that an error is discovered, Ridley's Cycle will strive to resolve the situation with the customer. Please notify us of any errors or contact us with any questions regarding your order or other information on our website.

Returns & Exchanges

Parts, accessories, and clothing with the original receipt, tags, and packaging may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment within 30 days.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us and we will come up with a solution.

Items purchased on closeout or sale are final sale and may not be returned. For returns on web orders the customer is responsible for return shipping costs if there is no error with the product received.
