Shop Wait Time

In Calgary our peak riding season can be very compact and getting your bike repaired in a timely manner can be a challenge. At Ridley's we want you riding your bike as much as possible! We work on an appointment basis which allows you to drop your bike off the day before your appointment and pick it up the next day.

Call early to book as wait times for appointments can stretch to a few weeks in the peak season (April-August). You can't plan for all bike mishaps and we are committed to doing our best to get you riding as soon as possible. Feel free to give our service department a call to book your next appointment.

Shop Q & A

In order for the Ridley's Service & Repair department to best serve our customers, we will ask you a few questions when booking your service appointment:

Did You Purchase Your Bike At Ridley's Cycle?

Knowing whether your ride was purchased at Ridley's helps us generate an understanding of your bike's history. The more we know about your bike, the better we can predict accurate service times.

How Old Is Your Bike?

An approximate understanding of the age of the bike in question helps determine the technology commonly used in bikes of that era and what parts might be needed to complete your repair.

What Brand Are You Ridin'?

Every brand of bike has its own quirks and best practices. By knowing what brand of bike you ride, we can make sure we have appropriate base parts in stock to make sure you're back ridin' as soon as possible.
