Lifetime Service
With the purchase of a new bicycle from Ridley's Cycle, you receive our "Lifetime Service Warranty," which covers specific adjustments to your bike from the date of purchase. Every new bicycle from Ridley's has been professionally assembled and tuned. It is normal for a new bike to have a "break in" period after approximately 20-30 hours of riding. It is critical to the longevity of your bicycle that you do not ride when pivots, bearings and brakes come out of adjustment. It is very important that you phone and schedule your bike for a "Service Check".

- Shifting System
- Brake Systems
- Bearings
- Tire Pressure
- Lubrication of drivetrain & all moving parts
- Fitting adjustments (seat height, stem length, etc.)
- 12 month pivot and hydraulic brake adjustment
Extended Test Ride
At Ridley's, we want you to be 100% happy with your bike. That's why you have 30 days to make sure your bike is the right size and model. If it's not, just return the bike with your original sales receipt. We'll gladly give you a 100% exchange value towards another new bicycle (Any damage to the original bicycle will result in an appropriate reduction to the credit you receive).
Price Protection
Ridley's Cycle's 30 day price guarantee ensures that you get the best deal on your new bicycle*. If, within 30 days of your purchase, you find our store offering the identical item for less, we'll refund the difference in cash or store credit. Just bring in your original sales receipt and we will gladly pay you the difference.

10% Accessories Discount
You will receive a 10% discount on regular priced accessories with the purchase of your new bicycle from Ridley's Cycle. Your discount is valid for 30 days from the day you pick up your bike.
Free Pro Assembly
Your bike will be fully assembled, fine-tuned and customized for you. All new bikes go through an extensive assembly process to ensure trouble-free riding. Your bike is checked and re-checked before it goes home with you. After 20-30 hours of riding, your bike will need some re-adjusting. Phone 283-1821 to book your first service check.
Youth Bike Trade-Up
When you purchase a new youth bike from Ridley's Cycle, we'll give you back 50% of the original purchase price (less any repairs necessary for the bike to be in good rideable condition), in trade towards the purchase of a new bicycle. This offer is good for up to three years after the original bike purchase. Just bring in your original sales receipt and your child's old bike in good, rideable condition.
