Home Pick-Up and Delivery
We now offer convenient home pick-up and delivery for riders in Calgary and Okotoks. Your bike will be professionally assessed and serviced by one of Canada’s most trusted bike shops – without the hassle of loading it up or leaving your house.
Service Appointments
Alberta’s riding season is short, and we want to help you make the most of every day on your bike. That’s why our service centres run on an appointment system designed to keep your downtime to a minimum.
Once scheduled, simply drop your bike off the day before your appointment, and we’ll have it ready for pickup within 24-48 hours.
From April through July, spots can fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early. That said, we know bike issues don’t always come with a heads-up. If something unexpected arises, just give us a call or email and we’ll do our best to get you rolling again as soon as possible.

E-Bike Service Commitment
We service all e-bikes to the best of our abilities, ensuring optimal performance and safety. While we strive to accommodate all e-bike models, some limitations may arise due to the complexity of certain repairs. The regular pricing structure may not apply to all procedures (e.g., cable installations that require motor removal for access). Please bring a copy of your battery key when dropping off your bike, as we are unable to store batteries, and many e-bikes require battery removal for servicing electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Call or come visit us at one of our three locations for all things E-Bikes.

Included with all new bike purchases
While we strive to send every rider out the door on a flawless bike, we know that sometimes, things can come out of adjustment. We'll keep you riding as much as possible. If your bike is under a year old and needs some minor adjustments, please bring it in to see us! When you need a minor adjustment (rotor rub, derailleur skipping, etc.), give us a call to let us know when you plan on arriving or pop by!
Home Bike Repair
We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your tune-ups. We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants, cleaning products, and quality work stands. Shop online and pickup your items for free on your next shop visit.
