FAQ

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the bike you are interested in! You can see a full breakdown of the shipping costs associated with the specific bike brands we ship by clicking the link here: Policies & Shipping.

Where do you ship bikes?

We currently ship select brands across Canada, with some exclusions. We do not ship to the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, or Nunavut. We are also unable to ship to P.O. boxes and some remote addresses.

What bike brands do you ship?

Direct to you: Felt, Frog, Ibis (excluding e-bikes), Niner, Salsa, Specialized, Deviate (frames), Electra, and Transition.

To an authorized dealer: Trek and Giant

How long does it take to ship?

It depends on where you are, the availability of your bike, whether it's already built, etc. Once we process your order, we will contact you with updated timelines regarding the status of your new bike!

Does my new bike arrive assembled?

Partially! To guarantee quality, all new bikes we sell must be fully assembled and tuned by our mechanics. If you select shipping during checkout, we partially disassemble the bikes to pack them back up in a box.

How to: Assemble Your New Bike

Watch the Park Tool video detailing how to assemble a bike from the box! Your bike will arrive with a wheel (or both) and the handlebars removed. Sometimes, the seat post and pedals are removed as well. We do this to ensure the bike can be properly wrapped and packaged for its journey to you!

If you have any questions specific to assembling a different type of bike, please reach out to us at: info@ridleys.com
