We now offer convenient home pick-up and delivery for riders in Calgary and Okotoks. Your bike will be professionally assessed and serviced by one of Canada’s most trusted bike shops – without the hassle of loading it up or leaving your house.
Our Pick-Up Zones
Each week, our concierge team makes scheduled visits across Calgary and Okotoks for pick-ups and deliveries. Check the maps below to find your service area and delivery day.

Tuesdays - Westhills Zone
This zone covers west of Crowchild, South of Glenmore Trail, and north of Stoney Trail (22X). Also includes parts of Springbank.

Wednesdays - Kensington Zone
This zone covers the city of Calgary east of Crowchild Trail, north of Glenmore Trail, and west of Stoney Trail.

Thursdays - Okotoks Zone
This zone covers the city of Calgary south of 22X and the town of Okotoks. Also includes select neighbouring communities including High River.

Book Your Pick-Up
Depending on your pick-up address, times are available once per week.

We’ll Pick Up Your Bike
A concierge team member will meet you at your pick-up location within the scheduled window. We’ll text or email you when we’re 30 minutes away.

Once it arrives at a Ridley’s service centre, a professional service advisor completes a full inspection and assessment.

We’ll email you a personalized estimate and follow up by phone to confirm details.

After approval, our in-house technicians complete the service and get your bike ride-ready.

When service is complete, you’ll receive a payment link and can choose your preferred drop-off date.

Frequently Asked Questions
Because pick-ups and drop-offs run once per week per zone, the minimum turnaround is typically one week from pick-up to drop-off. Additional time may be required for special-order parts.
When your work order is complete, we’ll send a payment link and you can select your drop-off date.
Ridley’s Concierge Service is $35 round-trip. This non-refundable booking fee is paid at the time of booking to reserve your pick-up window. You may change your pick-up date with more than 24 hours’ notice.

Please ensure you (or someone 16+) are available to hand off/receive the bike during the scheduled window. For your convenience, we’ll notify you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
Yes. If you prefer to collect your bike in person after service, just let us know. Please note there is no discount or refund for one-way delivery.
