We've put processes in place to make it easier to purchase your bike online with the confidence that we'll have your back.
You have 7 days to exchange or return a bicycle if it's in like new condition.
Clothing, Shoes, Helmets, and gloves will be returnable for 30 days after purchase. Please note we do not offer free returns for items that were ordered incorrectly or are the wrong size. We will happily pay for return postage on any defective or mis shipped item.
We've marked all our Clearance Items as Final Sale - make sure you use the size guides often listed on manufacturer websites!

We've put together several options to serve you best when it comes to getting all your gear. We can ship almost anything for free over $99 and
you can also pick up your new ride and gear in store at either location.
We offer one free tune up and detailed clean within 1 year of purchase and 12 months of unlimited minor adjustments. Sign up for our emails too, we'll send out lots of great information and some savings codes too!
