Ridley's Cycle is here to keep you rolling! We do our best to have the most accurate and up-to-date inventory. 

There are many products that can be put on special order directly from our most trusted suppliers, through our website. 

Items that are available to special order through suppliers are indicated in the 'Availability' status on the product's page

 

Easy Shipping & Pick-up Options

We've put together several options to serve you best when it comes to getting all your gear. 

You can either choose to pick up your bike or new gear in-store at any of our 3 locations, or you can opt for shipping. 

We ship across Canada and to the United States, with some exclusions. You can see our detailed shipping policies here

Returns & Exchanges

Purchase your gear online with the confidence that we'll have your back! You have 7 days to return (or exchange) a bicycle if it's in new condition. Parts and accessories are returnable for 30 days after purchase.

Please note that we do not offer free returns for items that were ordered incorrectly or are the wrong size. 

We will happily pay for return postage on any defective or mis-shipped items. 

All clearance items are final sale, and ineligible for returns.
