Ridley's Winter Zwift Series

Join our winter ride series featuring races, interval workouts, and group rides! Led by the wonderful folks at Bicisport & Midweek Mayhem race series!




Midweek Mayhem Zwift Racing p/b Ridley's Cycle

All races start at 7pm

1) You must sign up in advance on the Google doc by 8pm the Monday night before the first Tuesday race that you wish to attend.   The Zwift Invites to the races will be sent out by noon time on Tuesday each week.   No people will be added to the event on Tuesday(s).

2)  You must follow Brent Topilko on Zwift to get invited to the race.

3) Please arrive at the start coral at least 5min before the race starts.

4) The race start as soon as the count down timer reaches zero.

5) Draw prizes will be given out each week courtesy of Midweek Mayhem and Ridley's Cycle.

Sign Up For Midweek Mayhem Races!

Ridley's Cycle Interval Night

Rides start at 7pm

1) You must sign up in advance on the Google doc by 8pm the Tuesday night before the Wednesday you wish to start with.  The Zwift Invites to the workout will be sent out by noon time on Wednesday each week. No people will be added to the workout on Wednesday(s).

2)  You must follow Brent Topilko on Zwift to get invited to the workout.
The ride will be created and invites sent out via the Zwift Companion App.
*We are looking at adding a Zoom Meeting or Discord channel.

3) Please arrive at the start coral 10-15min before the work out begins.

Once you arrive at the start coral you need to go to your menu and select the appropriate workout.  Consult the workout schedule to see which work is being done that week.  We highly recommend finding the workout before Wednesday night so you don't struggle to find it in the list the night of.

4) Draw prizes will be given out each week courtesy of Ridley's Cycle.

Sign Up For Ridley's Interval Nights

Long Slow Day

LSD on Saturdays start at 9am, and last 2hrs.
Even if you can't do the full 2hrs, feel free to join in and leave as needed.
The goal will be do this ride at around 2.0 watts/kilo.
I will try to stay at 2 watts per kilo, and adjust as necessary up or down depending on attendance.
The goal of this ride is to keep everyone together, AKA No Drop Ride.
*We are looking at adding a Zoom Meeting or Discord channel so that we can chat as we roll along.

 The Zwift Invites to the each ride will be sent out Friday night.

2)  You must follow Brent Topilko on Zwift to get invited to the ride.
The ride will be created and invites sent out via the Zwift Companion App.

3) Please arrive at the start coral 10min before ride begins.

4) Draw prizes will be given out each week courtesy Ridley's Cycle.
