The Charger 2.1 comes in two different variations, the RCT3 and RC2. The RCT3 Damper includes a 3-position compression adjust (open/pedal/firm) with low speed compression and rebound. The RC2 Damper includes independent high and low speed compression adjust and rebound. You are currently looking at the RCT3 Damper.
