Free Basic Tune with Detailed Clean & 12 Months of Unlimited Free Adjustments With New Bikes
Bought a new bike from Ridley’s Cycle? Good news: we’ve got your back. While we strive to send every rider out the door on a flawless bike, we know that sometimes things can come out of adjustment. That's why for the first year you'll receive a complimentary basic tune & clean as well as 12 months of unlimited minor adjustments. Please contact us to book your complimentary basic tune & clean. When you need a minor adjustment (rotor rub, derailleur skipping, etc) give us a call to let us know when you plan on arriving at the shop to have your bike looked at or pop on by!
Shop Wait Time
In Alberta, our peak riding season can be very compact, and getting your bike repaired in a timely manner isn’t always easy. At Ridley's, we want you riding your bike as much as possible! Our shops work on an appointment basis which allows you to drop your bike off the day before your appointment and pick it up the next day. We do our best to always offer 24-hour turnaround with an appointment, except for in cases where replacement parts need to be special ordered.
Call early to book, as wait times for appointments can stretch to a few weeks in the peak season (March/April – August/September). That being said, we understand that you can't plan for all bike mishaps. We’re committed to doing our best to get you riding as soon as possible. Please give our service department a call to book your next appointment.
Shop Q & A
In order for the Ridley's Service Department to best serve our customers, we will ask you a few questions when booking your service appointment:
Did You Purchase Your Bike at Ridley's?
Knowing whether your ride was purchased at Ridley's helps us get familiar with your bike's history. The more we know about your bike, the better we can predict accurate service times.
How Old is Your Bike?
An approximate understanding of the age of the bike in question helps determine the technology commonly used in bikes of that era and what parts might be needed to complete your repair.
What Brand Are You Ridin'?
Every brand of bike has its own quirks and best practices. By knowing what brand of bike you ride, we can make sure we have appropriate parts in stock to make sure you're back riding as soon as possible.
