Shipping Information

We currently ship only to addresses within Canada. Some items, including bicycles, oversized car racks and other restricted items, may not be available for ship to home or may incur additional shipping fees. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. 

In-store pickup is always free. Learn more about our Click & Collect program

Select items or categories may be subject to additional freight charges such as;

Baskets - Additional $10

Car racks (select) - Additional $30

Trainers (select) - Additional $30

Trailers (non child carrier type) - based on courier preferred rate

Frog Kids Bikes - $25 flat rate shipping

Felt Bicycles - $150 flat rate shipping (excludes E bikes)

Ibis Cycles - Free flat rate shipping (bike purchased at MSRP)

Bikes other than above - Case by case basis, please contact

Ridley's has the right to adjust shipping charges on a case by case basis, any additional shipping charge will be communicated with the customer prior to billing


We receive hundreds of boxes a week full of product for our stores. We repurpose those boxes for eCommerce orders that may ship to your door. If a Shimano box shows up to your door while you may have ordered a pair of Five Ten's don't fret! Your order is packaged nicely inside there and we don't feel the need to make even more boxes to ship your orders in. If your item is damaged during shipping please contact us right away so we can organize a replacement for you. 


All orders within Canada are subject to GST (Goods & Services Tax), the appropriate HST (Harmanized Sales Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) for their region. 

Errors & Typos

In order to provide our customers with accurate information, Ridley's Cycle works strives to keep our website free of errors. However, Ridley's Cycle is not responsible for any typographical errors. In the case that an error is discovered, Ridley's Cycle will strive to resolve the situation with the customer. Please notify us of any errors or contact us with any questions regarding your order or other information on our website.

Returns & Exchanges

Parts, accessories, and clothing with the original receipt, tags, and packaging may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment within 30 days.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us and we will come up with a solution. 

Items purchased on closeout or sale are final sale and may not be returned. For returns on web orders the customer is responsible for return shipping costs if there is no error with the product received.
