 Bike Price Guarantee

Our Bike Price Guarantee ensures you get the best bicycle price when you buy at Ridley’s Cycle. If you find a lower advertised price prior to purchase or within 14 days of purchase, we will match that price.

The product must be available for purchase in the same size and model. Final Sale / Year-End Clearance prices do not qualify for the price guarantee. Products that cannot be shipped to your destination may not be eligible. Please contact us with any questions at info@ridleys.com. 

Delivery dates, specifications, and prices for pre-ordered bikes can change without notice. However, prices for pre-ordered bikes are guaranteed for 30 days from the time of order.

 Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days to return (or exchange) a bicycle if it's in new condition. Parts, accessories, and clothing with the original receipt, tags, and packaging may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment within 30 days.

All products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us, and we will work out a solution.
