Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be ready for pickup?
In stock items will be ready for pickup in 6 hours from the time of purchase.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
When you arrive in-store, tell a staff member that you are there to pick up an online order, and they will get it for you.
How long will you hold my order?
Unless special arrangements are made, please pick up your order within 10 days of it being placed or the item has been received.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please let us know if you'd like to cancel your order as soon as possible. You can reach out to onlinesales@ridleys.com
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, please note the person's name in the comments of your order or let us know via email. They will need to bring a photo ID and have the order confirmation upon pick-up.
What if the product I want isn’t in stock?
Some products are special order items and will take additional time to process. We also may require extra time to transfer items between locations.
When will my credit card be charged?
Once you complete the order online, a hold is placed, but your card is only charged once the items are placed on order. Refunds can be applied within 30 days.
Can I return pick-up items at the store?
Yes. The process is similar to returning items purchased in-store. Ask a staff member, and they will walk you through the process.
